TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing tickets to an NB Live event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event that NB Live cancels the event. If an event is canceled by NB Live, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Service fees, processing fees, and third-party fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or by the ticketing platform.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date unless otherwise stated by NB Live. Refunds, credits, or exchanges for postponed or rescheduled events will be handled at NB Live’s discretion and communicated to ticket holders.
Lineup and Schedule Subject to Change
Artists, performers, hosts, support acts, showtimes, and event details are subject to change without notice. A change in lineup, support act, show length, or performance order does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Seating Policy
Seating at NB Live is first come, first served unless otherwise stated for a specific event. Seating is comedy-club style and may be close together. Tables may be communal, and guests may be seated with other parties. NB Live reserves the right to assign, adjust, or relocate seating as needed to accommodate the event, maximize room capacity, or address operational needs.
Arrival and Late Seating
Doors open at the time listed on the event page. Guests are encouraged to arrive early. Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of NB Live staff and may not receive their preferred seating location. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
Ticket Entry
Each ticket is valid for one admission and may only be scanned once. Guests are responsible for presenting a valid ticket or QR code at the door. Duplicated, copied, altered, resold, or suspicious tickets may be denied entry without refund.
Age and ID Requirements
Age restrictions may vary by event and will be listed on the event page when applicable. Guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid government-issued photo ID. NB Live reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest in accordance with applicable law and venue policy.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and other guests. Heckling, excessive talking, harassment, fighting, disorderly conduct, intoxication, damage to property, or any behavior that disrupts the show may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund. NB Live reserves the right to refuse service or admission at its discretion.
No Recording or Disruptive Photography
Audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, flash photography, and professional photography are prohibited unless expressly authorized by NB Live. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to stop, delete recorded content, leave the venue, or may be removed without refund.
Food and Beverage Policy
No outside food or beverages are permitted inside NB Live. Food and drinks may be available for purchase at the venue. Guests are responsible for all food, beverage, tax, and gratuity charges incurred during the event.
Personal Property
NB Live is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are responsible for keeping track of their belongings while attending the event.
Media Release
By attending an NB Live event, guests acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken inside the venue and may be used by NB Live for marketing, promotional, social media, or archival purposes without additional compensation.
Force Majeure
NB Live is not responsible for delays, interruptions, postponements, or cancellations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, emergencies, performer illness, travel delays, acts of God, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Chargebacks and Order Issues
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms and acknowledges the refund policy stated above. If there is an issue with an order, the buyer agrees to contact NB Live or the ticketing platform first so the issue can be reviewed before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing tickets, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and any guests in their party.
